Early pregnancy
- start with the cushioning abdominal support belly belt and place this under your belly, securing it with the velcro fastening
- adjust the position so that it is supporting the belly and not obstructing you whilst sitting or walking
- As you progress
- As you progress during your pregnancy and require extra back support and belly lift then add the support brace too
- place the support brace at your back, grip the sides and stretch it forward and attach to the belly support belt
- the tension and support needed can be adjusted by altering the amount the brace is stretched
- Home stretch
- for those last couple of months, and an added sense of security, also include the belly strap by lightly stretching it over your belly and attaching it to the brace
Postpartum
- the belly belt can also be worn after birth
- position the band over the hips to aid in pelvic recovery after a natural birth
- the belly support belt has padded cushioning which is gentle and soft and great after a c-section as it helps to protect the area
- later on the support brace portion can optionally be added, adjusting it to your comfort and support needs
